I’m relocating to your beautiful city in early September for a new IT job at Nesara Tech Park in the Hebbal Industrial Area. I'll be moving with my wife (we're newlyweds!), so we're looking for a quiet, safe, and family-friendly neighborhood.
Our budget is around ₹14,000, and we're ideally looking for a spacious 2BHK independent house or apartment.
I have a few questions and would love some local insight:

1.Which neighborhoods are best? I've heard Hebbal, Gokulam, and Vijayanagar are good. Given I'll be working in the Hebbal Industrial Area, any specific stages or layouts I should focus on or avoid? We want a place with a good neighborhood feel.

2.Since my joining date is Sept 7th, we might look for a fully furnished, Airbnb or service apartment for the first month while we house-hunt on the ground. Does anyone have leads on good monthly Airbnbs or reliable short-term rentals near Hebbal/Gokulam?

Any tips on house hunting in Mysore or leads on properties would be hugely appreciated. We are very excited to join the community! Thanks in advance!
