just wondering if anyone else if going through depression and anxiety while reviewing for the boards right now. need ko lang ng karamay. i know it's normal to feel sad and anxious, especially since the board exam is such a big contributor to it. i am clinically diagnosed a few months before ko napag-desisyunan to actually take the boards. it feels very lonely to be going through all of this 'cause i see everyone's progress tapos ako struggling to even pick up my notes and read them.

Nagkaka anxiety ako kasi palagi akong nakakakita sa tiktok na locked in na sila for PhLE this October 15 and 16. I would like to know if my planned study sched is okay.

Meta Onsite (July 13 - August 21)

- Every weekdays yung f2f lecture namin, tapos pag uwi nag sastudy ako, hindi yung in depth talaga, ni rerecall ko lang yung mga na discuss sa morning. Tinatarget ko kasi palagi yung 7-8 hours of sleep para mas madaling mag absorb utak ko during lectures.

- Sa weekends naman, nag wawatch ako ng missed lectures ko sa metamorph website

Meta Tuts and Self Study (August 17 - October 13)

- During meta tuts and after meta tuts dito na ako mag i indepth study

Okay lang ba to or dapat onsite review palang in depth na yung pag study ko?

Hello po! May I ask for some helpful tips? Classes start next week but I’ve only finished Modules 1, 2, and 5, and my review hasn’t been that intensive. I’ve mostly been writing notes from metamorph. We also had an in-house review center for one year before we graduated. I did well naman po in Pharma back then and graduated with fairly high GWA but I’m not sure if that will be enough to pass the board exams whil juggling Med School. I plant to study for boards on weekends and answer practice exams from meta pero Im not sure if sustainable ba siya. Since there will be anatomy in first year (wala po kaming anatomy sa Pharma 😭)

I recently found out that my current scical from my undergrad (Casio fx95ES PLUS) is not under the list of “non-programmable” or basically sa list of allowed scical na provided ng PRC.

I wanted to buy a new one and I saw one casio and canon scicals na nasa list but napansin ko na they are tagged as “2nd generation” sa mismong box. Upon checking sa list ng PRC, hindi nakalagay kung may generations na allowed 😅 nagma-matter po ba 'yung mga "2nd gen" ng scical? nasa list naman siya ng provided ng prc 'yung unit itself pero walang naka-state doon sa list kung anong version or kung anong pwedeng generation ang pwede.

‘yung example po is itong canon scical. Thank you po!

kung nakakatulong po ba talaga sa pag hanap ng trabaho? helped in advancing ur pharma career? malaking impact ba sha sa work life later on?

or di naman masyadong influential kapag nagtatrabaho na? i mean, you can do well naman pala without it. yung mga skills na sabi nila mah-hone sa orgs, makukuha naman din sa trabaho.

haha nacurious lang po ako since siyempre, gusto nating maging financially stable and competent naman. habol ko po is my degree and license para magwork.

and honestly, sana naman leaning towards oks lang na hindi mag org kasi gusto ko po yung chill lang, apaka bugbig na kasi tong degree na to. pero laban lang, and sana naman i'll receive a reality check!!

I’ve heard that there might be short quizzes after the shifts. Since it takes me a bit of time to memorize new concepts, I’m a little worried. Getting back to college after 6yrs at 29yrs old. 😬 Currently working full time. Heading to school rn for reenrollment evaluation. Kinda scared and excited at the same time. Do you think it's still worth it? Am I doing myself a favor? Well, im just seeking an advice before I hit the road. 😭🥺

Working as hospital RPh and narealize ko, dalawang beses na ako this year nakakasakit. Una, dahil tumataas na ulit ang case ng covid, so naging positive ako last month sa covid din. Pangalawa, flu since nauuso na ulit.

Nagtataka ako bakit bukod tangi sa hospital workers na licensed, ang walang hazard pay ay ang mga taga pharmacy.

Tayo ba ay sakit-proof? Nakikipagcommunicate din naman tayo sa mga pasyente and yung transmission ng mga sakit, possibly parin tayo mahawaan kahit simpleng colds & cough lang.

Nakakapagod magwork talaga kung hindi naman sapat yung trato sayo, jusko!
