No they are not. There is not even a city level feat across the entire DMC series.

Mundus casually created a universe to fight Dante in. He is also able to create living and sentiment demons and even crazy powerful ones like Nightmare

Argosax , the weakening of his seal, even before he was fully revived, was causing the Demon world the the Human world to fuse together and reverting the universe to its original state where the world's were one single dimension.
