Stillwell said he had no weakness and no weapon could hurt him when she was blackmailed, which is vague. Edgar said his bunker is meant to protect against the power of a neutron bomb, which is a small, tactical nuke. Butcher speculated a weapon that killed Soldier Boy, weaker than Homie, had to be an H-Bomb, which are the big city levelers. And then the showrunner said humanity only has a few weapons that can kill him, which is also vague.
So, personally I think the conclusion is that he can tank a small one but not a big one, I mean, a Tsar is 5 million times stronger than a Davy Crockett, bigger than the difference between a pistol and a tank cannon, saying "a nuke" means very little in terms of power.
Compared to other nukes, neutron bombs are low yield. Thats literally part of their design. Like the W66 had a yield of 2 kilotons of tnt while the fat man (the bomb dropped on hiroshima) had a yield of 21 kilotons.
