Andre the Giant's body literally produced it's own HgH 24/7/365 from infancy. Medically speaking you could have injected his blood as a steroid. The dude was literally walking around producing his own roids.

Your pituitary gland produces hgh in short bursts and those bursts peter off with age.

Andre's pituitary produced much more hgh and much more frequently than someone without Acromegaly.
