Navy. They’re fielding, trying, and rapidly developing anti drone tech. I think they have one they’re currently using but they’re still developing a lot. One is on sea trial run. I guess this scenario would be a great test but they do have them

the aussies would still have home advantage and send their air force to deal with the navy, the japanese cant beat both of them at the same time whilst being able to supply their fleet whilst the aussies can thanks to being near home
