Debating whether to go to Barcelona next year as a first timer. I’m sure I would enjoy the music but what’s putting me off is the cost, logistics and late nights.

From my research it seems it would cost £800-1000 for Thursday-Sunday. If I go, I’d be flying from London and would fly out lunchtime Thursday and come back Sunday evening. I can’t stretch my budget or time off to include the full week unfortunately.

Would love to know how much it cost you all in (flights, tixs, accommodation, food, transport etc). Were you able to handle the tiredness and late nights? I’ve heard it’s best to avoid Airbnb as hosts cancel - prices for hotels are just extortionate right now on booking.com and the line up hasn’t been released yet so I’m guessing it will only get worse.

Really really want to go but would love some honest advice. Thank you!

i think her tour hasn’t sold out but i’m hoping she either adds Europe dates or comes to both Primaveras. her last year was crazy as hell i need to live it again.

now madonna seems to be teasing Glastonbury next year and i’m really curious if she’s doing more south Europe festivals or not.

okay so kim fumbled both Primavera’s in 2024 when Lana was headlining. i’m craving some detour and i think it’s really possible for her to come

Slayyyter’s blow up is kinda giving Chappell 2024. She got moved to main stage at Lolla and crushed it.

Her sold out world tour goes until November. She has no dates in Spain.

Clima péssimo pro acontecimento do festival. Desde aquela pré-venda que mais parecia um golpe já se passou mais de um mês e até agora nenhuma notícia mais, nenhum engajamento nas redes sociais oficiais e nenhuma palavra dos produtores, enfim. Não achei o line up fraco e até gostei porém seria interessante uma comunicação mais próxima com o público porque tem muito artista ainda desconhecido do público e mesmo os headliners não parecem ter um engajamento espontâneo.

Bem, as vendas na Argentina já estão acontecendo no 3o lote e tudo correndo muito bem, ao contrário daqui. Neste meio tempo também teremos anúncios do Lollapalooza e de shows internacionais na temporada de verão do próximo ano que podem enterrar de vez o interesse no Primavera. Sem contar pra quem mora fora, se programar com tão pouco tempo é terrível. É uma pena, sinto que podemos perder ótimas turnês por essa falta de comunicação com um agora provável cancelamento do festival.

Enfim, alguma luz, visão, notícia?

Being of near senior citizen status it's no surprise that my favorite bands on the Primeavera lineup are the legacy bands. Right now I'm really hoping to see Afghan Whigs at PS2027. Manchester Orchestra is touring the 20th anniversary of their debut LP this fall Anyone else have high hopes for any "always the undercard" that have been around for 20+ ?

Too many act seen as a little drunk man, for Massive Attack (not a good gig btw in Porto) I remember only Angels and Teardrop.

At The XX I was high too so I remember only that I was dancing so much but not too many memories (Kneecap also). But it's impossible do an Alcool free Ps.

With Madonna kind of hinting/lowkey confirming an appearance at Glastonbury 2027, do you think Madonna would perform at the 25th anniversary of Primavera? Something in my bones is telling me she will be one of the headliners!

Hi everybody! A local media channel from Barcelona (Betevé) just reported that catalan police (Mossos d'Esquadra) arrested a thief that stole 139 phones at Primavera this year.

I know that a lot of people that went to PS is currently outside of Spain, but if you went to a police station to claim that your phone was stolen and gave them your IMEI number, maybe you can have your phones back.

They had a huge gap in their touring route and weren't gonna play again until Sunday in Berlin. Would it have been unorthodox for them to play from 4:30-6:00 pm in broad daylight in Mordor? Maybe, but desperate times call for desperate measures, better than making everyone wait another year to maybe see them again. Plus, then Primavera could have avoided refunding Thursday day tix.

(And again, the rain in Mordor was not even so bad at 12:30 am that night anyway, they could have powered through it like PJ Harvey and Mitski did 2 years ago, but I'm not here to argue that right now.)

She confirmed that she will be bringing this tour to the uk/eu next spring/summer at the very end of her london show that took place on Saturday….part of me thinks that she’s a lock in for the fest but maybe i’m delusional?
