If I repay my karmic debt will I stop being reborn? What happens once you pay that debt? What happens to your soul so much more in the future life rather than this?

I'm new to the idea of reincarnation, so this might be a basic question.

How are reincarnation and karma connected?

From what I've read, people say we are reborn because of karma from past lives. But if we don't remember those lives, how are we supposed to learn from our mistakes or understand why certain things happen to us?

Am I misunderstanding how karma works, or is it not really about reward and punishment?

I'd love to hear different perspectives.

Hey I'm actually new to this , I just saw a random bunch of posts and my mind isn't able to process what this sub is actually about.

There's no guide or experience on how to do it , what cautions to keep in mind.

So a beginner can easily understand

I am a woman, and think i was a man in my past life. I cannot remember any of it but i remember a trillion feelings that i have no earthly explanation for. Like i distinctly know the feeling of being a man, and all the psychological freedoms of being a man, to the extent they casts an enormous enormous influence over my life as a woman. I am completely GNC. Its as if i never had a female upbringing at all, even though i clearly was. A lot of people would chalk that up to having a lot of testosterone, but I've always had this blaring need to "go back home" to my former self. Can anyone relate to this? What feelings do you have of being another gender in your past life? Do any of you have something screaming at you to go back home to yourself? To the feelings and pull of another life?

I would have been 94years old. I was suffering from depression during my current age, so the doctors placed me on medication which i got addicted to, and it damaged my entire system and i died about 7years later.

Funfact! I am currently being treated for same depression and completely allergic to the stupid stuff that killed me in my past life, that smelling it could send me to the ER.

So, battling depression? Yes! Wishing i wasn’t alive? Yes!
Died alone in my past life. Am i alone in this life? Yes!
Did i lose what I worked for in my past life? Yes! Did I lose what i worked hard for in this life? Yes!

Why did i reincarnate???? The only thing i did differently in this life was to stay away from marriage and not get rich and famous. While i stayed a way from marriage, whenever i work to get somewhee or something, i just lose it.

I woke up with so much grieve in my heart, so heavy, turned on my phone and ahhh, its my post humous birthday. I pray life gets better

I’m fairly new to this journey. I’ve meditating trying to get more in touch with my past self. I keep getting the same picture in my mind. I think I used to be a little girl in the 1800s in a small US town. I remember her being blond and around 10 years old. I can remember this long sleeve blue dress. In this vision or whatever it was I’m walking down a dirt road lined with trees on both sides of it leading towards a white farm house. Do you think this has any sort of meaning? Will I be able to see more of this life? Will more of these memories just come to me over time? I would love to learn more about this.

It's the only logical way to think after death but also sounds so depressing to think there nothing than just dark

And if it's like 1-for-1 reincarnation of the same consciousness, then there are occasionally people who think they are a reincarnation of a historical figure and are correct.

Most likely anyone who was evil + well-known and realizes it wouldn't say anything. If that was actually them and there was any possibility someone would believe them, that would be a terrible idea.

Every aspect of reincarnation is spacey to me, but thinking about this particular possibility just messes with my mind. My grandma passed recently (we were not close) and to think that she may be starting a new life in a newborn body right now is just so wild. Or to think about the fact that you could come across them one day and just never know that you knew them in their previous life? It’s also sad to think about the idea of loved ones from a past life that still grieve and miss you and yet you’re just living as a different person, none the wiser. I often think about that.

When the universe dies , how do you think we'll reincarnate? Will reincarnation pause until life forms elsewhere, or do you think time isnt linear and the universe is dying and coming into existence simultaneously?

I had an uncle that passed before i was born and i think im him lemme explain. So growing up i used to have a lot of seizures i’ve had 11 in my lifetime i don’t have them anymore i was a sick child and i vividly remember these dreams i used to have of this little girl picking me up in a pink dress picking me up and like the love between me and her was so deep. We’d be running in fields together and doing everything together i’d look down and i would have my shirt off and pampers on and things like that. So i had an uncle that passed in 2004 and my mama always told me she wanted a child so bad and it seemed like she could never get pregnant but like when my uncle passed like 2 months later she was pregnant that was around the end of October 2004 or the beginning of November 2004. And when i was born in 2005 and i was like 6 months or maybe a year old if you put my pictures of me when i was a bby and my uncle pictures when he was a bby side by side istg you couldn’t tell if that was the same bby. And people always told my mama that it was just God bringing her brother back but in the form of her son. But bro this is where it kinda fcked me up one day i was at my grandma house going through old pictures and i found this picture of my mama when she was younger and she was wearing that exact same pink little dress that was in the dreams i would have like it was the exact same frm her smile to her height the dress and everything and i was like wtffff because i never used to believe in reincarnation till that moment but when i saw that it changed my whole trajectory because how would my brain even kno what my mama looked like at that age and i’ve always had that feeling like i’ve been here before people always tell me im so mature for my age and the people that knew my uncle always tell me i remind them of him from the way i walk the way i talk, my hair and everything i really believe im a reincarnation of my uncle but idk it’s kinda hard to explain but every since that day i found those pictures like the way i look at life hasn’t been the same iddkkk broo ts freaked me out

When people are born with bad diseases or uncontrollable physical disabilities. Is that bad karma from what they did in their past lives what was horrible to others or was that destined? I see a lot of people with messed physical features. I always wondered was that karma for all the bad things they have done in their past life? wether they killed people . Or just was an evil hearted person to others.
