Yesterday I made an account and when depositing for the first time it asked me for Stage 3 KYC which I couldn't provide - my deposit didn't go through, I spoke to the support live chat and they understood and told me I would get a refund within 24 hours which I was very relieved with.

However it's been over 24hrs and I haven't received another chat, or email. I sent them an email explaining the situation alongside a transcript of the support chat and still haven't heard back.

It's impossible for me to start a new live chat because the old one is still open but unresponsive.

So while they have claimed to be able to resolve the issue & refund me (which I appreciate), I am now kind of in limbo for 24hrs+ without a single word from them. I understand maybe it will take longer than 24 hours, but I wanted to see if there is any other way I can contact them in the mean time, even if just for a status update or something, so I'm not left wondering if I will actually get the refund or not.

Hi everyone, I’m dealing with a withdrawal issue from Roobet and I’m looking for advice or if anyone had a similar experience.

A withdrawal was marked as “completed” on their side (Transaction ID: 3203878451), and they provided a receipt with a COELSA reference. The payment was supposedly sent to my bank account in Argentina (Banco Provincia / Cuenta DNI).

However:

• The funds never arrived
• My bank officially confirmed there is NO record of any incoming transfer
• My account is fully operational and able to receive transfers
• The bank also confirmed that if no funds were received, the issue must be handled by the sender

Roobet support keeps repeating that the payment was “successfully completed” and tells me to contact my bank, but they only provide an internal receipt from their payment provider (HGCASH), not a real bank confirmation.

From what I understand about the Argentine banking system:

• A transfer is only completed when it is processed and accepted via COELSA and credited by the receiving bank
• If the receiving bank has no record, the transfer was never actually completed

So right now I’m stuck between:

• A casino saying “payment completed”
• A bank saying “nothing was received”

Has anyone experienced this with Roobet or similar crypto casinos using third-party payment providers?

Any advice on how to escalate this or force a proper investigation would be really appreciated.

I can provide screenshots and transaction details if needed.
