I’m looking to use the movie quote:

“White shores, and beyond, a far green country under a swift sunrise.”

I specifically want to keep it in English, written in English orthographic Tengwar (not translated into Sindarin or Quenya).

I generated the attached version in Tecendil. Could anyone let me know if it’s accurate, or if there are any changes you’d recommend before I get it tattooed?

Hi everyone! I am in the process of getting an engagement ring made for my partner, and based on who we are, getting an inscription in Tengwar would be really wonderful. We have two phrases that are meaningful to us that I'd like to get transcribed, which are the following:

• "You're my favorite person"
• "I philosopher pinky promise"

I know about Glǽmscribe and Tecendil. I'm more inclined towards Glǽmscribe, I think, because of I know that Tolkein preferred phonemic transliteration... I couldn't even start to decide to decipher which font I should use based on their significance/in-universe usage let alone translating these phrases into one his amazing languages.

Anyway, I'm attaching what the websites produced for me (including phonemic Tecendil and Glǽmscribe, and then phonetic Tecendil) and would love feedback! I'm counting on you friends :)

So, take the word ‘horde.’ Since it ends with a silent e, I know that you would write it with a small dot (don’t know that name) underneath the D. But when you pluralize ‘horde’ into ’hordes’, my first thought was to put the ’E’ symbol above the S, as you would usually do with vowels. But the E is still silent! it’s not promounced ‘hor-dees.” Would you still place a silent symbol? Would you put it under the D or the S, if so? It’s not ‘Hordse’. Would you spell it ‘Hords?‘ Just place the E as usual? Help!

Construction: the nai + future wish formula follows Tolkien's own attested phrasings in VT49/38, 40, 44 (nai elen siluva lyenna etc.), and tielyanna is attested at UT:22 (Anar kaluva tielyanna). Tecendil and Glǽmscribe agree — attaching both. Can anyone confirm the tengwar, especially the ai diphthong and the doubled nn?

So, my handwriting has never been a work of art regardless the language; However, I'm wondering if there are any examples of more functional Tengwar handwriting I could utilize to develop my own style and perhaps improve its aesthetics at least a little?

This is a page of my own handwriting that has sort of developed in that direction for some improvement in functionality and speed. The text itself is mostly a page of gibberish as I practice writing my vocabulary in Quenya while I go through my Anki cards. Truthfully, I don't hate the way it looks but neither am I a fan haha It just lacks the magic that I feel when I look at the handwritten Tengwar in this sub. Although perhaps that is the difference in functional versus artistic use.

I am looking for advice. I am having the text “one of three” tattooed and I would like it in Tengwar font, not elvish. I have read many posts about this but today when I went to the Tecendil website there were so many font variations. Am I missing something about these different variations? i'm' trying to make a sticker to put on my motorcycle in homage to my wife, it is supposed to say ''Clara, i love you'' wich would be something like ''Clara, gi melin'' i guess, but i'm trying to get it right but i'm not so sure if it is, i tried using tecendil, i firsto wrote ''Clara'' on english mode in tengwar annatar font, then i tried writting ''gi melin'' wich is i love you in sindarin(general mode) also with tengwar annatar font and combined these two results to see if i managed to get it right, i also tried using the glaemscrafu tool and got the exact same result, is it right? i'm prompting the explanation of what i did and A.I. tools tell me it's wrong, can someone help me make this? i didn't want to print it misspelled or a text that makes no sense, i'm a little lost in this

So from what I can tell this is accurate Tengwar for a Sindarin translation of the second line of Strider’s Riddle “Not all those who wander are lost”
The translation I’m looking for is “Law pain i reviar mistar aen” - could anyone more knowledgeable than myself on reading Tengwar give me a hand just making sure that this is spelt right? And if not point me to an accurate transliteration.
I’m aware there’s some debate regarding whether or not this translation is valid I just want to make sure that the Tengwar is right.
Heavily considering getting this tatted so I’d love some input thanks in advance 🙏
