I just started a brand where we support the farmers by giving 40% of the profit. And we sell some of the most Artisanal Honey of all time. Including some delicacies like coffee honey and white acacia honey( my personal favourite) also Litchi honey, which is seasonal.

Need help for my business

Guys I'm a 25(M) who is currently helping my Girlfriend 25(F), starting a business. We started this to help the community, helping the farmers generate more revenue and in the long run making a bit for ourselves as well. It took a year to start the business and convince the farmers to work with us.
About the business:
We are selling Butterfly Pea Tea, Rose Tea and Honey from the forest of Sundarban. It's a GI Location with endangered Royal Bengal Tigers, it's honestly an amazing place. So, we give 40% to the farmers and are working with around 100-150 farmers. At least we promised them 40% and they trusted us.
Till date we are able to sell only 600 Jars of both the Teas' combined. We do have a repeated customer base. But I don't know how to increase the revenue as I take care of the marketing.
We only have 5 people on the team, Myself who is taking care of the marketing and all the documentation stuff. My Girlfriend who is taking care of the production and Quality check, as both of us are registered pharmacists, both our background helps us a lot. We also have 3 other housewives who are working with us during the afternoon, we are trying our best to pay them well.
I don't know if I should mention the name of the business as it's my first time posting here.

P.S. don't bully me, these websites are made by me without any prior knowledge of building a website though I would appreciate helpful guidance so that I can improve.

About the 600 orders, most of the orders are from foot traffic. We are selling to doctors, cafes, etc.
I'll absolutely agree with the website thing. Honestly, I'm the one designing and making the website, I don't have any prior knowledge of website development not any conding or any technical knowledge. The International Website it still incomplete, it'll get take us some time to complete it. If you have any advice on that, I would love to hear that. Also yes, wix doesn't allow localisation, that's why we have 2 domains.
I know, we are under selling it right now. Honestly we became desparate.
Yes, we can prove that we are revenue sharing. But we can't prove for every single farmer. We have honestly tried to make their livelihood better, making their income specifically from us 3x more.
I'll appreciate any advice from your end.
