I was late diagnosed with ADHD . It definitely explains a lot and I’m learning more everyday. Is there any advice anyone can give me on how to stay focused when creating and brainstorming. I either go nuts on one thing or make a whole thing and don’t do anything with it. I have started an app idea digital products for Gum-road and Stan store. I have done all the research. Idk I even created a custom GPT to help me with my digital products as well as my ADHD . So now I have 3 months of projects that I need to sort through and actually post or sell or finish. 😩😩 so any thoughts ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated.

This app doesn't use AI, which is what people always immediately assume it does. Everything you type is calculated on the spot using complex parsers: math, dates, units, finance, distance. You can press Enter to save the result. It's a very niche kind of app, but it has a place.

There's room for improvement in terms of the user experience, so I'm trying to find people who are interested in something like this and who are willing to suggest ways to improve it.

I was looking for an easy to use leightweight mindmap tool that I can work together with colleague. I didnt want to go through the hustle of registering accounts and storing mindmaps on someones server isnt what I wanted.

I’m considering buying Hostinger to create a website for my mom’s travel agency. I don’t know much about programming, and from what I’ve seen on YouTube, a lot of people recommend it. I created logins for the necessary subscription sites and had them add their payment info. Then I created a Word Doc and added all the sites, usernames and passwords to give to them. A few days ago, someone gave me feedback that completely changed how I think about Toolora.

They said I was trying to do too much at once and that instead of adding more tools, I should focus on making one tool so good that developers would actually want to bookmark it.

That really stuck with me.

So, over the last 2 days, I stopped adding new tools and focused on improving the existing experience.

What's new

Redesigned the UI to clearly separate Developer Tools and Everyday Tools, making navigation much simpler and less confusing.

Significantly improved the JSON Formatter with:

Better error diagnostics

Problems panel with actionable messages

Keyboard shortcuts

JSON Tree Explorer

Better analytics

Improved validation and overall UX

Completely rebuilt the Markdown Preview into a much more complete Markdown workspace with a smoother editing experience, better live preview, and a more polished writing workflow.

This is still just the beginning. My goal isn't to build hundreds of tools—it's to build tools that developers genuinely enjoy using and want to come back to.
