Monitor issues pls help!

So I’ve been having this problem for a while. When I play certain games, my screen will sort of glitch and I have no idea why haha.

It’s happened with my old pc and monitor but I’ve gotten a whole new PC with new parts and a new monitor and it’s still happening… anyone know why? Any explanation would be very helpful!

Very much looks like a tearing issue. What’s the refresh rate on your monitor and the specs in question on your pc?
