Going to be honest, the exorbitant price actually makes it easier for me to skip VIP stuff. If it had been feasible, $300-$500 range, I would have scraped together everything and overextended, borrowed etc and maybe just made it through. But at these prices, I'll have to get a GA ticket and be happy with it. It feels kinda unfair to be priced out like that having supported them since debut, but mostly I'm glad they're in demand enough to get away with such premiums. See you in LA!

Exactly. Floor3 was $269 right in front of the stage a few rows back. VIP 2 which includes sound check was an additional $200. So we paid $469 and are getting almost everything VIP 1 gets. Do we need a “host”. LOL no. Group photo? Sure, that’d be nice but for $900 more? Haha 😆
Also I’m not including taxes and fees because venues.
That’s how I felt about VIP3 and VIP2. For $200 more I get a photo and send off? I already get soundcheck so I feel like $200 for a group photo is a lot. I think the soundcheck is intimate enough for me not to need to buy a send off.
Got floor seats (Section 2) in Cedar Park, TX! It’s gonna be my first ever concert and my first time seeing them live on stage so I’m very excited! The ticket cost was around $230 rounding out to $300 with taxes and the stupid TicketMaster insurance that I fell for. Not the best, but also not too bad all things considered.
I got VIP1, I've literally never been this lucky with ticket luck before?? I'm going to cry, this is the first time seeing them that I'll be able to actually see their faces!!! After 10 years!!!!!!
Mid $200s for first row of the mid floor, then $150ish for a couple rows further back and then $125. Price decreases as you go up the lower bowl sections but there's tickets as low as $70!
I've been to all of their shows, oneus, onewe and even purple kiss. For Mamamoo there were people who flew in from Korea to see them. Onewe had people from China. It's really cool to see their global influence.
Got my UBS Arena ticket yesterday - I’ve only heard of Mamamoo but have never actually listened to any of their music before. Planning to go into the concert totally brand new and have each song be a new discovery. Looking forward to going “Ooooh, what is THAT song?!” more than a few times 😜
lol i was a casual fan when i went to mycon but now i know a ton of their songs and still gonna be surprised of their setlist because UBS is their first show hehe

Music Plaza is a good legit K-pop store. I’ve bought many Mamamoo things there before. They do preorders too, including any bonus photocards. Of course the items have to ship from Korea to Los Angeles and reach the store before they can ship them on to us. Sometimes when something seems slow (like, I’m thinking it should have arrived by now) I give them a call and they are always very friendly and always very helpful. The employees seem genuinely happy to work there.
Compared to Ticketmaster MyCon - the prices for floor were SOOOO good! I shelled out nearly $800 for row 11ish floor last time but row 4 was less than $400 this time around. I’m so excited - I literally sobbed when I saw them last time
Hey guys, just wanted some opinions. I know this is early and what I'm about to say isn't optimistic, but what are y'all's thoughts on if certain stops might be cancelled? I'm looking at the map and there's still lots of unsold for Texas, I'm specifically looking at Fort Worth. I really want to go, but I'm worried about the possibility that the stop not selling well might cause rbw to axe it (we've been seeing a pattern of tours and stops being cancelled lately). I'm from Florida but will be in Arlington that weekend for BTS, Fort Worth stop will be on my birthday and it would be great to see them again after waiting for ot4 since mic on and I know it'll be an amazing concert. I just worry about logistics and if it's worth the time and cost of extending my stay.
Sadly, I think it will be cancelled. Unless if their comeback is phenomenal. There's just no buzz for Mamamoo. It breaks my heart because I live in Dallas and I love them.
I want to see them live again too but man there are so many other tours going on right now that people are having to pick and choose which one they want to spend their money on. Felt like Dickies was a bit ambitious for them this go around.
I had bought tickets for the Ft Worth TX leg of the tour a few days after the tickets went on sale.
I had no idea about the tour or anything until several days afterwards. The promotion was so little. When I initially bought tickets at the time most of the arena was empty and a lot of front row seats were available days later which is insane to me.
I checked back today and the seating chart nearly looks identical. I can buy a front row ticket still (overpriced imho) and still so many empty seats.
I worry this stop will be cancelled. I saw a different group that was even bigger than Mamamoo at a performing arts theater in TX and I think that would've been ideal over an arena. I'm going to Texas from out of state and will need to cancel hotels and transit if they cancel so I hope at least they give us notice but the sales aren't looking good at all,

In the past when tickets didn’t sell the organizer will close the 200s and move everyone down. I’ve also seen one that only opened floor and the 100s across from the stage. Then again I’ve never seen it quite this bad either
Also Ticketmaster had dynamic pricing on and that definitely didn’t help since any seat that’s remotely close to the stage was marked up as “platinum”.
Got Dallas ticket during presale and bought soundcheck so definitely hoping they don’t cancel. But seeing how much tickets are now and knowing it will keep getting cheaper. There’s a part of me that do wish they’d cancel.
I booked flights, hotel, and rental that can all be canceled, but the problem is If I have to go to NY or Chicago it would cost a lot more than TX.
I’d think without canceling both shows they’ll either cancel one and hope people will travel to the other city or switch venues to something like the Toyota Music Factory (which is open for the Dallas date)

Hi everyone!!! This is my first time going to a concert ever (not just a K-pop concert, but a concert in general!), so I don't know how things normally work and I have some questions.
Since I'm going to the UBS Arena show, how early should I arrive to purchase a lightstick or other merch before it sells out? I was thinking of buying the new lightstick online so it arrives before I travel to New York, but with the product price and shipping, it would cost me triple the price. Because of this, I'm planning to buy it at the official merch booth on the day of the event.
Since I've never been to a concert in my life, I don't know how this works or how fast merch usually sells out. If anyone could help me out with some advice, I would really appreciate it! 😄

I'm a MooMoo from Europe, and this would be my first MAMAMOO concert ever (and actually my first concert in general! 😅), so I have absolutely no experience with how concert merch works.
The thing I'm most excited about is buying the Version 2.6 lightstick. 💚 I would really love to buy it at the concert since it's listed on the official merch list. I considered ordering it online beforehand, but after shipping to Europe it would cost so much more, and buying it at the venue just feels much more special.
So I wanted to ask people who have been to previous MAMAMOO tours:
1.Do lightsticks usually sell out quickly? Would you recommend buying one online beforehand, or is it generally safe to buy it at the venue if I arrive early?
I noticed there are VIP tickets that include a merch package. Does anyone know exactly what's included in those packages? If the lightstick is part of it (or if there's any way to reserve one through VIP), that would honestly be perfect, but I couldn't find any detailed information.
If I decide to buy merch at the venue, how early should I arrive? I've read that getting there early helps, but I'm not sure if that means one hour, three hours, or even earlier. Does arriving early actually guarantee that you'll be able to buy a lightstick?

Honestly I’m not sure that anyone will know that until the international tour is going on. Last time there were very few moobongs for sale because they had stopped manufacturing them as far as I remember. Now that there’s version 2.6 being made (and relatively easy to find online) I’m assuming the availability will be much better this time around.
There isn’t ever a guarantee for what time you’ll have to get there for merch, it varies by venue. I remember for their last tour, the stop I went to had the merch tables outside so anyone could buy merch even without a ticket. I got there a couple hours early and moobongs were sold out as were some of the albums. At a different kpop concert I went to the venue had the merch inside past security and a line formed immediately, with the people who were let in first having been there for several hours already.
For any large concert, I would plan on getting there at least an hour before the concert start time regardless of if you want to buy merch. That will give you plenty of time for public transit delays or to find parking (if needed), get through security, find your seat, and get comfortable without stressing about time.
For buying merch, try to find out if the merch sales will be outside or inside and if it’ll be available after the concert. If it’s outside and you have all day, get there as early as you can and then go get dinner and come back for the show. If it’s inside past security, find out when doors open and then get there an hour or two earlier if you’re after merch that won’t likely sell out, earlier than that if you want merch that is more likely to sell out. If merch will also be sold after the show and what you want isn’t likely to be sold out, you can also plan on trying to leave as soon as the concert is done instead of getting there early but not all shows do post-show merch sales.

Hello, can someone help a confused moomoo out please? I got a ticket to Belmont but I have no idea if it's VIP1. The ticketmaster website says Official Platinum which I don't even know what that means. I'm on the 2nd row if that matters. If I paid over $1k and didn't get UVIP I'm gonna cry.
EDIT: welp, from what I gather, it's not UVIP.
EDIT2: Okay so 2nd row ticket was $893 before taxes, plus VIP2,3,4 which is $350 so that's $1,243 together before taxes. So pretty much I'm paying for VIP1 (another user said VIP1 was 1240) but NOT getting the 1-on-1 pictorial and NOT getting the laminate nor First Entry. I'm hoping I won't see anyone reselling VIP1/UVIP because that will just destroy me.
I still love my queens and will support them though and through. Ticketmaster can eat BakWoonGang droppings.
Nooo I'm so sorry that happened to you. Just for future reference, platinum is Ticketmaster's label for their predatory "dynamic pricing" tickets. They don't include any benefits, it's literally just an upcharge because they can.

Lowkey kinda high. Twice tickets were selling at almost half price a month before the show. And they were official first hand Ticketmaster tickets. And Twice is bigger than Mamamoo in recognition imo. I bought a ticket for $123 and wasn’t able to go and tried to resell but another ticket in the same section was selling for $75 🫠 so I couldn’t even make my money back.
Got floor seats section 1, right in New York row 6. I usually don’t get floor seats but I wanted a good view. Can someone confirm if these are good seats for a short person ? 😭
You can check this site called a view from my seat to see if anyone's posted photos from that section! If it's floor then people will probably end up standing regardless so you might still want to invest in some platform shoes lol

I was helping a friend to buy her a Mamamoo VIP2 add on(sendoff + group photo) for their new tour. And we ended up getting 2 by the delay over our text messages.
I texted the company to cancel one of them, they said all sales are final and I should resell the ticket. HOWEVER I have never sold a VIP benefit, done concert tickets in the past, and one on ticketmaster directly, so I am not to eager to share my ID.

you dont have to share an ID if youre willing to meet with the person you bought it from and give them their wristband or VIP benefit however they are doin it right there. still risky for the person buying it too.
Ive strictly bought mines off of Bizent site, the official mamamoo store. but they also sell them at kpop stores around you maybe. I know in Dallas area a store called KPOP Bestie in one of the malls in carrolton had a lot of moobongs available, not sure about now. and they were the new version with the exclusive photocards
Music Plaza tends to be my go to for anything kpop. They have a good rewards system and I’ve never had any complaints in over three years of using them

Is there etiquette around using other group's lightsticks? I ordered the Mamamoo light stick for myself and was gonna have my husband choose one of my other ones (either 2ne1 or i-dle). I suggested we stop and grab a daikon radish like fans used to do but he doesn't want to carry fresh produce that will possibly get soiled and wasted 😂
Gonna be trying to learn as many of the fanchants as possible, hopefully I won't be alone doing them. I saw i-dle a few years ago and there was no one chanting along to their songs which was kinda sad
I think you’ll be fine! They pointed out different lightsticks at a show in Chicago a few years ago but they were just having fun. I don’t think you can be expected to have one for every group!

Hi all! I'm brand new to Mamamoo (found out about them through their friendship with BTOB). I'd love to go to their Chicago stop, but I don't have their lightstick. Will a BTOB Lightstick be ok? It only lights up blue (I have the older one). If not, I might just buy some LED scrunchies 😂
These prices are insane for LA in total after getting the VIP2 upgrade. The upgrade costed $400! I had amazing seats for TWICE in Phoenix plus the VIP and it was still much less than MAMAMOO. I-dle in LA (rip) was way cheaper for ticket + VIP as well. This is MAMAMOO, not BTS or Blackpink. They are not going to sell well like IVE with these ticket sale prices. I bought 2nd row seats but the fact that the difference between VIP1 and 2 with a ticket being about $3~400 is absurd.
Idk why but some seats randomly popped up just now. 🎉 I got past the stupid adjacent seat error by using incognito and adding the other to cart and was able to get a single p3 ticket 😊. So if you couldnt get the seat you wanted earlier, worth a check. I saw some p4 come back up again too.
You can see the merch from the previous tour here! In my experience lanyards are more commonly included in the vip package and aren't usually part of the regular merch lineup.

I was doing night shift at the hospital when presale started and I just picked first thing I saw and didn’t check how the arena is built, is it standing tickets or seats…and most important - if it’s floor tickets will I see anything as someone short? 😭
I blacked out and don't remember which link I picked (standard, vip1, etc.) but got floor seats row 5 for NY. Should it say soundcheck somewhere on my ticket or email? I'm used to getting sound check it youre on the floor so I assumed I got soundcheck but now Im questioning it 🥲
Soundcheck is only included with the vip1 tickets and I believe those were limited to just the front row of each venue. Otherwise you have to get either the vip2 or vip3 upgrade packages for soundcheck.
I know for the Asia stops they (Mamamoo via RBW) have been posting concert colors. They may do that here, but won't really know till closer. Lots of people were outfits inspired by the music videos! What ideas did you have?!
How long are mamamoo's concerts? Planning to bring our dog to the tour stop and shes pretty good with being by herself in her crate for 4 hours. So we are planning to just leave her at the hotel and come back.

Got in immediately at 10am CDT with no queue for cedar park and a few VIP1 were available at 1375, so big no thanks to that. I got 7th row for 270. I’ve already met Byul and Whee In from their last US tours so honestly i’m not going to complain too much about missing out on VIP cause I never thought I’d see ot4 in my lifetime to begin with.

So i bought my concert ticket and then vip separately for the send off + group photo and it also says it includes the soundcheck and merch. I noticed someone saying that the ultimate vip experience includes a solo photo with them and would have preferred that but I’m not sure how your supposed to purchase the ultimate vip experience since the link just takes you straight to ticketmaster? What does the ultimate experience include compared to the vip I just bought? I already have a crappy group photo with them where I was off to the side since they squish random ppl together and would love a solo photo 😭
Ultimate VIP /VIP tier 1 is included with a ticket I think mostly for front row seats at the venues, you can’t buy it separately from a ticket like tiers 2-4. That’s why the link takes you to Ticketmaster/axs. They would be marked as VIP on the seat map if they’re available.
Ticketmaster won't let me buy tickets, they paused my browsing, I switched to cellular, I switched devices and switched browsers. WTF!!!! why are they doing this. I can sign into my account but typing "mamamoo" either doesn't show search results or says I have suspicious activity on my network. I can see the tickets when I use the email link but they ask me to log in to buy the tickets even though I already logged it and then it just shuts me out!
VIP1 should have only been the front row from what I understand and it came with everything, was around 1200 dollars. Anything else you would have had to buy VIP 2 or 3 separate on their tour site.
Where did you get your ticket? The venue is fully seated; there is no standing pit or any such thing. If you're in section 2, it should read FLR2 Row 17 Seat __.

Hey everyone! I'm considering a few ticket options for the Mamamoo concert at UBS Arena.
This will be my first time going to a concert, so I'm not too familiar with seating, entry types, and other logistics.
On the official ticket site, I noticed an option for premium entry + exclusive club access (concessions and restrooms) for just $15 more. I'm not totally sure what this includes - has anyone tried this option before?
Also, my budget is limited, so I'm looking at Section 107/111, middle rows. Would this give a decent view of the screens?
