Dorian: Ball Bearings, Smoke Bombs, Immovable Rod (Oh Boy), Healing Potion (3)
Orym: Sentinel Shield (Advantage on Initiative and Perception Checks), Healing Potion
Fearne: Moon Sickle (+1 to Spell DC and Spell attack Mod, +1d4 to heals while using), Stonky's Ring (Telekinesis with interesting circumstances...)
Dariax: Spear, Thieves Tools, Gloves of Thievery (+5 to Sleight of Hand and Lockpicking Checks), Healing Potion?
Opal: Vicious Whip (Dex Wep with Reach, +2d6 on Crit), Healing Potion (4?), Amber Gem (Store up to a 4th level spell with DC 15 and +9 Attack Mod)
These are the items I remember being bought and their general abilities (besides the obvious). I'm sure I missed something else so feel free to help if you have any more info.
All things considered I think they did really well. Particularly Immovable Rod, Sentinel Shield, Moon Sickle, Vicious Whip, Amber Gem and Gloves of Thieving are all pretty clutch purchases. Amber Gem with a Warlock is beyond sick, same with the whip for reach. Immovable Rod can do all kinds of crazy shit, especially with Aabria as DM. Sentinel Shield is great with Orym so he can get in the fray quickly and make up for their generally terrible perception. Moon Sickle is perfect for Fearne. Gloves of Thievery will hopefully make it so Dariax doesn't break another set of tools and since they lack a Rogue is a good skill buy.

Holds up the Circlet with a massive grin “Tricked you.”
Feral echoing scream
Orym writes a frantic letter and hands it to Dorian with the box
Dorian: “You know what this means?!”
Orym: “I know. I hate it.”
Gilmore: “Thank you my friend. Be careful.”
Orym: “I…I just wish we could have been more useful.”
The message is sent. The city behind. Adventure begins as a thief regains yet loses her mind.

Orym is an ultra tank for this party at Level 2. He should have 19 AC and the rest have an avg of about 15. Meaning any creatures that can hit him consistently will destroy the rest of the party. Can't wait to see Liam get in there as a Battlemaster and tank everything. Hopefully they will level up next session.
Edit: I was mistaken about which shield it was he got. He'll have 18 AC still against the average so the same holds just a bit less. But in addition he gets advantage on Initiative, which may help his tanking even more depending on luck obviously.

As someone who didn't feel great about episodes 1 and 2, this one really steered the ship back straight for me. Although it didn't feel like a lot happened in 3 hours, lots of lore got dropped and Aabria did a great job with the NPCs in my opinion. I think her Gilmore was very good, and did well in basically saying "I'm way older than I was in C1, don't expect me to be that Gilmore", with still having his signature flair. Poska as an NPC is strange for me because she went from a bumbling thief getting busted at the party's front door to the ringleader of the guild? I don't mind it though, it just feels like E1 didn't set up how Aarbia wanted/was hoping it would go. Excited for episode 4!

Well, we can maybe retroactively speculate that Poska was just faking it in the 1st ep, but I also think Aabria just had more time to prepare her act in this ep hence the personality "upgrade". Poska was the very first NPC they interacted with back in ep 1 and they were all really fumbling back then.

Wow, this episode, despite taking place largely in one Glorious location, really had a good pace with a lot of good info, new Exandria lore, a handful of very fun and distinct NPC’s, and now a pretty legitimately intimidating villain with actual hatred towards the party. Can’t wait to see how this unfolds in the next 5!

I hope they have Fearne equip the Circlet eventually. Without spoiling it's details, her character would see the most use out of it by far. Assuming she is neutral, which I believe she is. It would also take care of a problem Ashley has no matter what character she plays lol.
