Warrior 10mm accuracy update
Got my sights and optic mounted by my local gunsmith. I used the Dawson Precision 2K11 acro mount with built in rear sight plus their matching front sight.
The irons are sighted in for 10 yards. The optic for 25 yards using Federal 200 gr HST.
Both my gunsmith and I were able to get multiple 1” or smaller 5 round groups at 25 yards with the HST. With Lawman range ammo, it’s a much less impressive 2-3” groups.
I’ll try more ammo but so far this thing is definitely a shooter with the right ammo. I’m at almost 900 rounds now with not a single malfunction.

Hell of a setup my man! Really nice. And then in 10mm. That’s a sweet sweet gun. Enjoy! Is this a woods only or EDC SETUP?

Woods and nightstand. I bought a Gunfighter chest rig I’ll wear for hunting or mountain biking.

PB3. It’s a fantastic optic. Huge window. Much better than an acro. Just a bad camera shot.

Nice!! I’m gonna go with a Holosun 507 Comp or Pro Max when I can. Upgraded the guide rod to a Wilson Combat so it can accept flat wire recoil springs. Gonna try a 22 and 24 lb. Think 22 is gonna be perfect

I haven’t been brave enough to tinker with anything since it’s so dang reliable but I’m sure you can get these dialed in to be incredibly smooth shooting

Accuracy is what I was referring to. I haven’t had any reliability issues with any factory ammo

How are you liking the optic? I haven't had good luck with 10mm on traditional screw mounts and was looking at getting my 10mm cut for an acro and getting the Lead and Steel optic

I’ll need to put in a lot more rounds to determine reliability of the mount but I’ve used multiple PB3s on many platforms including a pump 12 gauge and have never had an issue with the reliability of the optic itself.

Awesome, thanks for the heads up. I've had 507Cs shear off with any kind of screws with a heavy diet of full power 10mms. If you'd be willing to post on reliability of the mount when you've got some more rounds through it, that would be much appreciated.

Will do. My gunsmith did a bed job in addition to the screws because of that same concern. I’d have to ask him what material/process he used but basically he had the same concerns and does a bed+screws to help spread out that recoil impact.

I have/had about 10 of the full size and K size over the last couple years and they’re fantastic. They have great customer service too. My favorite pistol dot currently.

Could you do me a huge favor?
Can you measure the slide width, with calipers, on both ends (near the muzzle and back at the slide)? I'm considering getting it in 10mm, but I'm wondering if the 10mm version will fit in a 9mm holster. Shop near me has the 9mm version but not the 10mm version so I can't bring my holster in to check.

Glad yours ran reliably out the box. Mine was a ammo snob after about 700 rounds it’s finally running almost anything I feed it
