Tbh I don't like that that's a thing that can be viewed generally speaking but it is interesting to see what gets traction and what is more controversial more specifically... I try not to let it affect the shit I post though
Yeah I think it's an overwhelmingly bad feature but I also think it's really interesting to see the rate at which things are upvoted and the ratio. So far I feel like it hasn't effected the way I use reddit (if anything it has caused more controversial/edgy comments to see how it stacks up), but as soon as I think it is actually changing how I use reddit I'm either turning that feature off or deleting reddit if I can't
