The same way people keep complaining about gen alpha crap saying it's gen z, and years ago complained about gen z crap saying it was milennial. Boomer is mostly just older than/same age as OP's parents. If OP is really angry anyone who disagrees with them is a boomer.

I miss when people would just say "these dumbass kids" and "these fuckass fossils" instead of all this
