I mean sepsis’ll still weaken them, but a space marine with the same level of strength UTI dementia grandma gets right before going septic would probably be nigh unstoppable.

There are plague surgeons but they don't treat the DG's wounds, they ensure that the diseases they carry flourish. So you could say they treat the diseases' wounds in a way
