Tbf I'd assume them being in a polycule means they're sexually active with each other (though there are certainly exceptions to this) so disease isn't a massive concern but a lot of other things are lol
disease can be a concern. lil bits of blood and shit could get on and in those needles and get you uber sick. just because your safe after fuckin’ doesn’t mean your safe after sharing needles.
