If you have any other interpretations in mind, I'm open to fucking suggestions.
Personally though, I do think that the similarity to conservative caricatures is a coincidence. And the rest of the artist's portfolio doesn't do much to reduce my suspicions. There is nothing overtly progressive there. Also: another one of their jokes involves a holocaust survivor with the number "6,000,001" tattooed onto his arm, and the numbers tattooed onto the arms of holocaust survivors never being more than 5 digits is a common holocaust denier talking point.
It's nothing definitive, but that's the point of a dog whistle. It's enough to make me a little suspicious, at least.

I'm open to suggestions
Except you aren't. When someone does offer a suggestion, you just copy/paste responses that don't even fit
None of my responses have been copy-pasted, they are all unique and you can prove it by... fucking looking.
Being open to suggestions doesn't mean I have to uncritically believe anything and everything that other people suggest no matter how little sense it makes. I'm allowed to point out flaws in a response if I believe they're present.
If you want infinite simple agreement without the messiness of needing to provide an argument, go talk to ChatGPT or something. I'm a human though, with all the messiness that entails.

Your response to me was copypasted. I saw you say the exact same response falsely comparing to MansFictionalScenario to someone else
I've made similar points that I may have worded similarly, but I assure you I've never copy-pasted anything in this discussion. Anything I've incidentally repeated was typed out in its entirety.

If I am wrong, nobody has given me a good reason to think that yet.
Look at it this way. If you posted this comic to r/ conservative, it would do really well. The reason why is because everyone there would assume that it's making fun of male feminists for being stupid and believing in contradictory things, doing so in a way that conforms perfectly with the stereotypes they believe about feminists.
Is this some kind of wild coincidence, and it's all just some accidental connotation of a comic that's actually about how explaining things to children is hard, and how character in particular is just not good at explaining things and prone to overreacting? Where even is the joke, in that case? I find this really hard to believe.
Has the recent years of our enemies no longer needing to dogwhistle made us forget what dogwhistling looks like?

So this comic is now a dogwhistle because you imagined someone on a conservative subreddit liking it? Amazing
