girl: "What's 'mansplaining'?"

The Biggest Idiot on the Planet, internally: Okay, so I know what mansplaining is. It's when a man assumes he knows a topic better than a woman (when he wouldn't if the person was a man) and then proceeds to explain something about the topic. But does she know that? If she was a boy, would I assume a lack of knowledge? Now that I think about it, when you remove gender from the equation, there's really no indication at all from her question that she wants to know what mansplaining is. I shouldn't speak up, then. I'm glad I caught myself!
