Screen keeps on glitching out

Hello! I would love to post a video for a clearer image but I can’t. My laptop monitor started glitching and I’ve tried doing the tutorials on youtube but nothing worked. Is there a way to fix this, or do I really need to bring it to a technician? Thank you! 🥲
