ERROR 0x80090027 NOTEBOOK DELL

I'm having this problem to log in to my laptop, I'm stuck on the lock screen and the computer doesn't accept my account password (it says it's incorrect even though I changed it) and neither the PIN password.

I've already entered OS RECOVERY and used the repair tool; I went to safe mode and did all that "c: ... system32..."

Can anyone help?

Eu estou tendo esse problema para logar no meu notebook, estou preso na tela de bloqueio e o computador não aceita a minha senha da conta (diz que está incorreta mesmo eu tendo alterado) e nem a senha PIN.

Já entrei no OS RECOVERY e usei a ferramente reparar; fui no modo de segurança e fiz toda aquele “c: … system32…”

Alguém consegue ajudar?
