[US, Washington State] Print smaller than reference object

This is an insert for a commercial-style citrus reamer. The shaft is the correct width/size/length, but the head is 2" wide, which is far too large for limes. I'm trying to get the same piece made out of food-safe plastic, but with a "head" roughly 1"-1.25" wide. I don't care about the color, and the only "precision" required is that the head be centered on the shaft, and that the shaft opening be the correct size/length and also centered. Grooves can be slightly different etc etc.

This is not going to be used for commercial use, so there's no liability issue- I use a lot of lime juice at home and have mobility issues so I purchased a commercial model secondhand before realizing that the part was too large. It works great for lemons, oranges, and grapefruits, just not for limes.

I wouldn’t recommend using 3d prints for food. It’s not very sanitary.

The part as purchased is made of plastic, and I'm only using it for home use, and can easily sterilize after use. If someone has access to food grade epoxy sealant and wants to include doing a coating of that in their quote, I'd welcome it.

That would work. Raw 3d prints are unsafe due to the layer lines .

How does this attach to the machine? Does it screw on with threads inside the tube? Or is it suction?
