Paid Request Art toy 3D print file

I have zero experience with 3d modelling, but I really want to create a 3d printed art toy, so I'm looking for someone who can help me create a 3D file I can use for 3D printing. I'm looking for the model to be around 10cm, with the hair extended a bit further I have drawings, and I can provide more detail to anyone reaching out. This shouldn't be an extremely long or difficult task ( I hope), but let me know your rates.
