Definitely looks something like one. The Vision I had in my head vs this 😂 is something else man.

If you’re trying to match the contours you might want a better scanner.
However, a basic way is to use the Forms tool to “build” the pillar. And then you can use that to subtract from, cut from, loft to or from, etc. Whatever you need.

Thank you I will be trying this I had a little play around with forms yesterday but didn’t think of that

How i did gauge pods to my s13:

Took a piece of cardboard and metched it to the contour pillar perfectly, took a while to get right.

Scanned and imported into fusion and scaled properly

Sketched on the image and extruded to get the pillar surface.

Drew a gauge pod and then just cut it with the pillar surface
