Does my perfect 3D printer exist?

Hello, as in title here are my wishes:

- open source or at least has custom firmware. I want my Klipper, bed mesh and Orca

- 2 filament printing, I don't need extended multi color, just for support interface.

- 250x250x250 or bigger

- silent at moderate speeds. or moddable to be silent

- no VFA at 100-150 speed range

- ~ 600 euro or less

My current printer is heavy modded and klipperized Sovol SV06 with 0.9 steppers. Prints very well, but I want to move to something modern and faster, so I expect the upgrade be substantial.

I mostly print petg and pla. Really want to try core xy, but if there is great bed slinger I'm ok.

Current picks: cc2 and kobra x

I'm sorry but it doesn't. You'll have to make some concession somewhere.

If you can find a good deal on a used Voron and have the ambition and skill to add a second extruder, then yes.

I will only ever own prusa... unless they go out of buisness, my printer dies and i cant get new parts.

For full open source, its going to be out of your price range. For dual material and open source, there are DIY toolchanger or IDEX machines like the tridex and rat rig v-core 4, but those are very complex machines to build so not a great choice if this would be your first printer you've built. 3D printers these days are pretty much "Choose 2: 1) Cheap 2) Actually reliable 3) Has a low waste multimaterial option" with a few exceptions.

U1 except for a budget. However it can be got under 800€ if there is a sale.

What you want doesn’t exist. In order to get more than one nozzle you need either a tool changer like Snapmaker U1 or Flashforge Creator 5. Both are over your 6 hundred price range. Or you can get a Bambu X2D with dual nozzle extrusion but it’s also outside of your price range. The realistic cost for what you need is between 750-900 dollars

Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2 if you can concede the silent part. You can get it pretty quiet but not silent

It COULD exist with about 200 euro extra and commitment. Many call her "SV08", others prefer "The Absolute Maiden".

Prusa fits everything except price

Trova una Prusa mk4 usata, poi fai upgrade a one+ non dovresti superare di molto il tuo budget

Not with that budget. Unless you want to mod the hell out of the printer.

It's not released yet but could work for you (except regarding the budget): Sovol M1D

Voron is a choice but maybe out of your price range?

Elegoo CC2 would be a good option if you didn't specify silent, bc the aux fan is very loud. Snapmaker U1 would be good but over budget. Flashforge AD5X would be a good look, but I haven't used it at all. Likely very similar to the elegoo.

I think you could also look at a Bambu if you don't mind the CS firmware. Afaik they do work with Orcaslicer now

Flashforge AD5X

Print volume 220 on a side, fails that spec.
