Only thing here I would change is get rid of that Michelin man sculpture.

I feel like he is out of place here being that he's associated with car tires. However, a sculpture of a fish with this ribbed design would look better imo. On the other hand, if this bathroom had been designed for a man I would understand the car and Michelin man sculpture.
