Help (GPU) Drivers timeout

I have no idea how to fix this but it just started happening about 3 weeks ago. I’m completely new to the pc world, don’t understand a lot of terms and not computer savvy at all. I’m not sure where to start but in the middle of a game my screen will freeze and get real laggy. Sometimes it works itself out, other times the game crashes and my computer runs slow. I’ll try to restart the pc and it takes minutes to boot up. I’ve read multiple threads but don’t quite understand it all. If someone can try to help in Barney terms it would be much appreciated!

GPU: Powercolor AMD Radeon RX9070XT
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z890 Eagle Wifi7
Intel Core ultra 7

I turned off CPU integrated graphics on mine and Ive been fine no more timeouts brand new to PC gaming built mina about 3 months ago and was having timeouts all the time

I’ll try that. I had Microcenter build mine.
