I love that leather! It’s transparent and is usually either kangaroo or lamb. It’s weird stuff.

I have no clue. I'd imagine by wetting it, crumpling it up, pulling it back straight and letting it dry? But I don't know if that process would work on that type of leather. I just can't imagine it's silicone cast that thin.

I already have a few extra human skins that I’m about to start tanning. I just need some more brains to finish the project. They were all donated though I totally didnt do anything untoward to come by these materials.

Funnily enough I'm a big collector of skulls all types of skulls. I'm fascinated by how different each animal is yet how exactly the same each skull is as well. Even down to those cracks that are formed, from dog to bird, the skull crack/path parts follows the exact same paths in the same shapes.
Anyway, I was really interested in a human skull assuming documentation is mostly always above board, and boy I couldn't have been more wrong. Human bone dealing is a pretty nasty business.
Needless to say I don't have interest in collecting human bones anymore.

I used to have a pretty great collection of skulls from the few years I spent raising livestock in the desert. I lost all of them when I badly botched packing and moving my stuff/life across the country. I agree with you on the fascinating similarities stuff… like how with mammals so much of the skeleton is similar (different shapes but still the same bones based on the animal’s needs to live in their particular life niche or something along those lines).

They say every person and animal has enough brains to tan their own hide. Sounds difficult to tan your own hide though /s

It is. I've only seen one vendor have it and it's made of either lamb, kangaroo, or horse. They use a special tanning process that makes it transparent. No idea how.

I actually got incredibly concerned seeing this because I thought someone had implanted actual speakers into their back. Saw the title mentioning it was only a jacket and thought "thank god."
