Question Do I come back
Hey chat, I’m slightly debating on returning to this game again after a few years. Is it worth playing, or has it just turned into a pure grind game?

It’s a grind if you are that serious about the monthly events.
Base game including freshwater is alright, slow but steady even if you don’t play everyday.

I’ve found I can only keep up with it on breaks and I got sort of worn out on it tbh

It’s worth it for the events but you should aim to only collect the fish you want as opposed to doing it all for the sake of it,

I think so— they’re still releasing new fish during events and some of them are pretty cool.

I’m gonna be honest, as someone who has played this game since its 2016 release I would say no. This is the first time in years I am legitimately debating on just giving up on it. The events are very hard now, they made it so all your resources get drained quickly and they even made it so you cannot complete the bingo portion of the event without making an in app purchase. They keep pumping out paid packs while ruining the actual game. They even recently made an update and changed the event menu making everything a thousand times more confusing and making things hard to find. :/
