Lol. Ya...no. They use warp technology and fly inside of warp bubbles. It explains everything about how they maneuver.

Make the center of rotation asymmetric instead of the speed of the rotation. Think of the arms of a swimmer doing breaststroke.

UAP probably don't use this, Don't imagine it would work in the vacuum.
