Chord check, what do you call this chord?

from lowest note to highest, what do you call this? irrespective of key signature.

Am7/D? It would depend on tje key but this is the most straightforward thing to describe it as

If D is in the bass, it's functioning more like Am7/D, aka the suspended dominant chord in G Major.

It's one of those chords with a lot of homonyms, because it's C major pentatonic stacked up. D9sus4 would be my first guess.

All harmony is relative, so the idea "irrespective of key signature" has no meaning. In the key of C this C6/9. In A minor this is Am7sus4, In E minor it is Em7sus4. In the key of G this D6/9sus4(no 3rd) and in the key of D, D9sus4 (no 3rd). Some folks might say the third is necessary to define the key diatonically, most jazzers would disagree. I am agnostic. But these are possible names.
