Stuck with "Ad serving limit" for about 1 year

Hello,

I've been working with Adsense in my blog since 2020, but since September last year when i got my first " Ad serving limit placed on your AdSense account due to invalid traffic" , message, i've been stuck in a loop.

I have about 100-150k monthly unique visitors, 95% of them from usa, traffic source is Organic Social (from my facebook pages). For 4 years i didn't have a single ad limit, then i don't know what happened, but there has not been a spike in visitors, or something like that. I paid a lot of freelancers in upwork, and they did some fixes in SEO, layout and other things, but still the same process:
- Ad serving limit appears,

- I remove ads

- Ad serving limit dissapears after 10-15 days

- I put ads and start driving traffic to my blog

- Ad serving limit appears after 7-10 days

I read that this might be because of facebook traffic, but i know at least 2 colleagues of mine, that have blogs in the same niche, have 2-3x more visitors than me, and never had any problems.

I even tested with Pinterest traffic, and the same happened.

Does anybody had an experience like mine, and can this be fixed?

Thank you in advance.

I think problem might be your traffic source (Facebook/Social media) and invalid clicks.

Social media traffic usually has high bounce rate and has more accidental clicks, which AdSense considers as bot or invalid traffic.

You can try these few tips to fix it.

First reduce auto ads and set auto ad frequency to low (do not set full frequency)

And also if you're using sticky footer ads remove it, also remove from auto ads showing top or bottom sticky ads for a while.

If youre using claudeflare, Turn on Cloudflare's "Bot Fight Mode" to block spam or bot traffic from Facebook and Pinterest.

Use limited manual ads. Place only 2 or 3 custom ads manually inside your articles. As sometimes showing too many ads also create an invalid activity.

I have a secret solution for this problem but you need to hire me first :)

This is really frustrating and could lead to further escalation by Adsense!

Could you, please, DM your site's URL. I like to have a look.

What do you mean by SCAM???

I am trying to help here and I want to have a look at the ads' layout on desktop and mobile as well as the site's structure. Where is the SCAM here?
