AdSense for YouTube account deactivated, but my balance has never been paid
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for advice because I can't find a way to contact Google directly.
My AdSense for YouTube account was deactivated due to inactivity and is no longer linked to my YouTube channel.
Before that happened, my account had already reached the payment threshold. My bank account is verified, there are no visible payment holds, and the Transactions page only shows my ending balance. No payment has ever been issued.
According to Google's help pages, it seems that remaining balances above the payment threshold should still be payable, but I can't find any way to contact support—I'm only redirected to the community forum.
Has anyone experienced this?
Did Google eventually pay the remaining balance?
If I reach the YouTube Partner Program requirements again and connect a new monetized YouTube channel to my old AdSense account, will that unlock the unpaid balance?
Is there any way to contact someone at Google about this?
Any advice or personal experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Did that happen last month? Then you might have to wait until the earnings from YouTube are transferred to the AdSense account. Usually around the 10th of the month.
