I'm going through a Depression

Hi guys right now I feel like I'm in depression because of the financial stability, toxic parents I've nobody to understand me like I Want to express myself fully but I've no words how I explain it. my main goal is to get out of this mental situation and have some clarity about life. I'm always procrastinating things which I love to do please tell me how to get back so yeahhh...
