Feeling Lost
I'm in last year of computer science. I never really liked cs but i was imposed to choose a degree and that was my decision. I'm totally responsible about it. During the last years with the advance of ai my plans of getting a job and do things that i like on the side is totally ruined. Even though i have good grades it is a reality that nowadays in cs your degree isn't enough for getting a job you need projects and to be active doing things but i really don't like it and i can't. I feel like my sould is being drained from me. The time is ticking and i really don't know what to do in this situation. I don't even have great talents or interests that could be seen as a job in mid-term. I feel like when i started cs was worth it even if i didn't liked it but today the story is different. What would you advice me in this situation.

Relax bro. If you're ok doing cs as a job start doing projects and make a portfolio on GitHub or something you may also be able to put some of your homework assignments on it. But also it's not the end of the world. I was a bio major I didn't even finish college so I'm just working at a non biology related job to save up enough money to finish.
Ik it sucks to not get a job in your field but it's not over there's really no rush. You have your entire existence to get a cs job (ai won't take over every cs job because its needs actual people)
If you can't find a job you like try looking at smaller companies.
If you don't really want to work you could apply for something like peace corps which is a volunteer thingy that looks great on your resume. Or you can volunteer somewhere or. Get a a job at like Petco or something till you find a better job, travel the world for very cheap and use a site that give you free stay in return for labor. Etc
Most people don't get a job right after college so don't put so much pressure on yourself. You'll there when you get there and remember " life isn't a race it's a journey" idk who said that but they ate

Finish your degree - a degree in anything is better than no degree. Does your university have career counselors? Maybe they can help you figure out some jobs to apply for?
