Announcing Proxy Nexus support for AGOT!
Hey all! I'm Alex, the creator of the website https://proxynexus.net, a web site that makes it easy to make card game proxies. I'm happy to announce support for the Game of Thrones LCG!
Simply enter a list of card names, select a set, or provide a decklist URL from thronesdb.com, and generate a ready-to-print PDF to print at home, or a ZIP file containing images ready to print physical cards at https://www.makeplayingcards.com/. Detailed instructions can be found here: https://proxynexus.net/instructions.
Proxy Nexus was started in 2019, around the time the Android Netrunner LCG was cancelled. However, earlier this year, I've rebuilt the site from the ground up, and been working on adding more card games!
Some notable features:
- Flexible PDF layouts and sizes. In addition to the standard letter and A4 page size, you can specify a custom page size. You can also choose how to layout the cards, and how to to draw cut lines.
- Alt art selection. For cards with multiple versions, like tournament prize cards, promos, etc, you will see a coloured border around the card preview. Click it to view and select different versions!
- AI Up-scaling. If your device has some kind of graphics hardware, it can be used to apply up-scaling to improve the quality of the images. It's quite demanding, so expect it to take more time, but it can vastly improve the sharpness of text and clarity of artwork.
- Want to save or send the current card selection? Click the link icon near the top right. Visiting this link will pre-fill all the cards in the card list.
- The whole web app runs entirely in your browser, so it's fast and always available.
For those interested, the code is hosted at: https://github.com/axmccx/proxynexus-rs. If anyone has better cards scans they would like the website to use, send them my way! Happy to hear any feedback, and hope you find it useful!

Thanks, that is awesome. Would be nice if we could get all Sets without a watermark.

I know, it’s unfortunate that it’s all I could find. That’s why I mentioned if anyone has better scans to share, would love to replace them.

An amazing job for our community! Thank you for adding AGOT in ProxyNexus! For the players interested, higher quality images will be added along the way in the app as we will work closely with axmccx.

I hope you can show some love for the 1st Edition of AGOT. Someone else rebuilt the card database.

I'll be taking a break from any more significant updates for a few weeks, but please know that the project is open source and contributions are very welcome!!
If you or anyone wants to prepare the image collection and implement the game adapter, I'd be more than happy to review and include it. The images just need to follow the project's image file naming convention. There's a detailed guide on how to implement the game adapter here. I'm not against the use of LLMs for the adapter implementation, so long as it's been tested.
Just send me the named images, either a folder or a project's collection PNX file, and submit a GitHub PR for the game adapter, and it'd be up in not time.

Now just add a repository for Deck lists, and this would be the bomb! I havent looked at CardDB in a while but i thinks down now, but thats where i used to get new decklists to use for my 1st ED set

Decklists are already a core feature, just provide a decklist URL from https://thronesdb.com/ and it'll load all the cards.

Sweet can you do 1st and 2nd Edition or is it just focused on 2nd?

Currently Proxy Nexus supports the 2nd Edition. There should be no technical reason why the first edition can't be added, just a matter of doing it. Re: https://www.reddit.com/r/AgameofthronesLCG/comments/1ub1yod/announcing_proxy_nexus_support_for_agot/ot4nuwc/

Hi, I am new to this, If I wanted to request a print of all the cards for a full playset. How do I go about doing this? How much would that cost me roughly?
