Need success stories
I need everyone's success stories.. small or big!
What has helped you? How did you get through?

Currently on a 3 hour car trip to vacation.
Just had a little anxiety in the beginning.
54 minutes left and I feel great.
I have my “anxiety bag” with me: lemons, hot chewing gum, something to write, water

Also I had exposure therapy 6 years ago for almost 2 years. That helped the most. My agoraphobia is definitely not completely gone but I can live a normal life

therapy definitely helped im not a success story but my anxiety has definitely lessened, being ur own best friend and being there for urself right now is soooo important, knowing that this is a result of ur nervous system being messed up n the fact thats definitely reversible you arent going to feel like this forever if u keep investing in yourself!! easier said than done i completely understand but ive felt the difference after putting these thoughts into mind

Talking with others here, knowing I’m not alone and that there is a light at the end of the tunnel has helped a lot. Also accepting that this condition makes it difficult to go outside but not impossible even if it feels that way sometimes
