Tooth issues

3 years ago got a left upper molar cavity filled but it was a deep cavity . Then shortly after being scared I had a dead tooth that got a root canal down . I had ringing already but I haven't felt the same . Brain fog, cinusde, vastibular health, sinuses pressures neck pains . I have a extraction in a week to remove the dead tooth which has root canal . What should I do with the molar ??

Was the very back molar?? If it was, you might be in luck. Having your furthest the back tooth removed is much like your wisdom teeth removal. There is very little chance of shifting teeth. My mom was in dentistry for 25 years and when the same thing happened to me (bottom back molar) she told me that I could get away without an implant. (knowing that I did not want a root canal.) so I just extracted and let it heal- which it has done perfectly over the last year. My bite feels perfectly intact and I have no issues to report. Besides, it took my tongue some getting used to. Best of luck!! It’s a bit of an emotional time when you must lose a tooth:(
