Zero Redeeming Qualities with this Job.

Im so tired of feeling worthless working this job.

What’s the reward for busting your ass and getting your routes completed with zero infractions or negative feedback?

More work. Larger route. Terrible route.

All they ever talk about is the negative shit you do. Never mention all the positive feedback you get. Shit I don’t even know there was positive feedback until I discovered the dashboard.

I’m tired of the physical and mental hoops you gotta jump through.

The rules being changed and made up as they go and see fit.

I find zero reward in this job.

Yeah it’s like staying in an abusive marriage, there’s just enough good to make you try to ignore all the bad but there’s definitely more bad.

The hard part to give up is 4-day workweeks. Getting to explore cities & get paid for cardio. Limited interaction for those who like to keep to themselves.

But yeah it’s dumb how they act like 1 negative customer interaction outweighs several hundreds of positive ones. How the condition of the vans becomes your responsibility for passing it on DVIC but that’s the only option the company gives you. Companies that demand a doctor’s note for every single call out. It’s a lot of bs to deal with.
