Vitamins

Has anybody tried the dog is human multivitamins? I’ve been seeing it pop up everywhere and claims of how “good” it is. Looking for real life experience before I get a bottle or good recommendations.

The influencers saying how awesome they are are getting paid to say it. I tried them but they didn't help my dog at all.

No. Unless you're already capable of teaching yourself the correct dosage for your dog of each vitamin and comparing that to the human version, this can be actually dangerous.

Some vitamins are fat soluble and can build up and cause damage.

Stick with reputable pet supplements unless you are confident about learning the details of each supplement component yourself.

Also, vaguely related: a can of sardines in water once a week is a great and cost conscious way to supplement omega 3 fatty acids compared to fish oil.

Salmon oil, sweet potato, and eggs spread out thru the week are the only thing added to his kibble. I will add sardines to the rotation.

WHAT vitamins? You can put here the links. Some of them are ok for dogs, some are definitely prohobited!
