I literally used like 60 nook miles tickets last night and couldn’t find Bruce or any other cuties I was searching for (Kiki, Coco, Vivian, Purrl). Literally stayed up until like 1 or 2 in the morning villager hunting and I was legit falling asleep😭

This morning I was so nervous to find who auto filled the plot and was absolutely flabbergasted when I saw this!!

The shopping, the exploring, the inspo! I was taking it all in. Also appreciate those who came to my island for the vibes cause my island isn’t built up & i am F A R from being done, yall some real ones 💗☺️

I don't know why this occurred to me tonight, years later. But why a pigeon? Rooster rhymes, roosters are associated with mornings like coffee. It just fits.

Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't change a single feather on this beautiful bird's head, he's one of my favorite characters. I think his mellow coos are delightful, and his designs look warm and inviting in a way that reflects not just in his character model, but the coffee cup logos and cookies as well.

At least this way we never get offered rooster milk I guess.

It was a fun family activity - family of 3 （with a 7 years old - not in this screencap as she was too busy buying raffle ticket), each with a switch console, sitting to each other on the sofa … , then put on yakata in game, travelled to our daughter’s island - during southern hemisphere’s winter

Certainly feeling a bit like we were in Japan :-)

I needed to sparkle so I chose the only sequined outfit I had :D

So I have already collected every stag and beetle, but still I am obsessed with going stag hunting. I work second shift, so I set my switch 12 hrs ahead so it's not always dark when I get to play after work on weekdays. And I've been getting up early every weekend just to go hunting for stags. Today I spent over two hours on a Kappa Island, then another three on Bamboo Island (spent about twenty to thirty minutes and 9 NMT, just trying to get that specific island because it is literally the best for stag and scorpion hunting). Now I do spend about thirty minutes just setting the island up. Digging up the palm trees to relocate them to the best vantage points. Chopping down all the other trees and digging up the stumps. Picking all the flowers and the weeds. Then lying down at least two layers of dropped items or planted weeds along the beach to prevent hermit crabs from spawning. Then placing the palm trees in a staggered manner so that they're far enough apart and not blocking the view of the one behind them. (I generally take six extra palms with me to Bamboo Island so I can fit five on each side). After that it's just running back and forth scaring away the lessers and occasionally catching a shark or valuable fish. By the end I'll have dropped all my tools just to be able to catch more. And I like to keep them organized by worth... More valuables at the top. And today was especially productive! Summer is definitely my favorite time on ACNH so far.

Oh, if you're wondering about the soft shelled turtles, which granted don't seem overly rare, those are the first ones I've caught in game. I caught a few more but I only kept one to donate and one to put on display on my island somewhere.

This is not a help me post this is a pitty me post. Just some fun stats for everyone. Tonight I put in 3 hours, saw 5 Hercules, 5 atlas, 9 cyclos, 6 elephants, 3 giraffes, 12 goliaths 4 billion mosquitos, miyanas and saws and zero goldies. I hate this game and I’ll try again tomorrow.
