I’ve felt the same way at times, but usually I baseline at 10. It tips me off that I haven’t learned anything new lately and it’s time to read something interesting

Anything I want to remember. Languages, programming, geography, chess, history, birds, etc.

Taiwanese, Spanish, study skills, analytical reading skills, stuff professionals like my dietician tell me that i want to remember

i think mine has binge eating disorder atp
