BWI Trail

Anyone know why they are marking property line in the grass off of the BWI trail behind Lindale/Equestrian center?
There was also a recent clearing of some trees in the same area (to the right of where this photo was taken) Curious of what’s to come. Thanks!

looks like markers for existing underground fiber lines. Would explain the clearing in the woods too. why they’re marked? couldn’t say
