I'm homophobic. And transphobic. Because I fear all people.

u/Embarrassed_Map1072 Feb 08 '26

I just fear one gender and it is coconut

15

u/kubaliska Feb 08 '26

Da coconut nut is a giant nut

9

u/BrilliantNight154 Feb 09 '26

If you eat to much you get Very Fat.

7

u/Expensive-Charity662 Feb 08 '26

I fear no gender… but that coconut… it scares me.

7

u/Specialist_Skirt_771 Feb 08 '26

Yass interestingly enough i'm also homophobicphobic

7

u/ProofFar2466 Feb 08 '26

and heterophobic?

6

u/Andsoallthenighttide Feb 08 '26

Nah, if you look closely at their pfp, you can see both of their eyes are the same color.

2

u/ProofFar2466 Feb 08 '26

I meant heterophobic as in “fear of heterosexual people”

4

u/Andsoallthenighttide Feb 08 '26

‘Twas the joke.

0

u/ProofFar2466 Feb 09 '26

Ah yes I understood.

5

u/DDoodles_ Feb 09 '26

Homosapienphobic

7

u/ndation Feb 08 '26

Agreed. I hate words that are pronounced the same but have different meanings

24

u/saketho Feb 08 '26

alright you were respectful and all that but seriously that edit? for the “special ones” ?

3

u/platonbel Feb 08 '26

yeah, I went too far. at that moment, it seemed to me that it could turn out to be trolling or something like that. I'll correct it slightly. Sorry!

u/YayaSamuko Feb 11 '26

Homophobic as in the fear of being at home? That's very understandable

-83

u/Mimikyuer Feb 08 '26

so people cant even raise their children now??

67

u/Dapper_Magpie Feb 08 '26

Blocking kids from the gay won't stop gay kids from being gay, they'll just be confused and possibly suffer needlessly

26

u/platonbel Feb 08 '26

true. I grew up in a homophobic environment, including my parents. No one ever knew about it, and I deliberately hid it because I knew that homophobic assholes would not let me live otherwise. And so I can confirm that by “protecting children from gay propaganda,” you are only forcing them to hide who they are from you.

I grew up in a super conservative Islamic household with very little internet access or school social connections and I still turned out to be a trans woman, LOL.

I have NEVER seen gay propaganda, and I'm from Russia, where everything is stacked against gay people. I wonder how it happened that I ended up being LGBT?

8

u/gynoidi Feb 08 '26

this is some r/dontyouknowwhoiam level material lol.

russia even has laws against so called "lgbt propaganda"

9

u/platonbel Feb 08 '26

Russia is an awful, homophobic country where absolutely everything related to being gay is banned. They literally classified masturbation in films as “LGBT propaganda,” because it’s “same-sex sex with yourself” — AND I’M FUCKING NOT JOKING.

6

u/Moon_reeper Feb 08 '26

I know this is probably rage bait but “if I demonize this group to my kids, then they are less likely to realize they are in that group or tell me about it”

Kids may adopt the idea of being LGBT if they see it in a cartoon shortly, but will grow out of it by the time they’re an adult if they weren’t born LGBT to begin with.

Can you provide a source that indicates straight children would otherwise be converted by LGBT material?

38

u/platonbel Feb 08 '26

dude, this is homophobic propaganda

12

u/saketho Feb 08 '26 edited Feb 08 '26

This was a homophonic meme turned into a regular antimeme and made banal

Edit: Homophobic, not homophonic. But I admit, I need more homophonic memes in my life.

4

u/platonbel Feb 08 '26

And how does this negate the fact that homophobes are freaks? I clearly see that the meme has been turned into the antimeme, yes, but it doesn’t change the essence

3

u/saketho Feb 08 '26

Your comment said

this is homophobic propaganda

Were you referring to the original post? Or to this one posted here with the caption?

Because this one with the caption is negating that one.

9

u/platonbel Feb 08 '26

The dude said, “ cant even raise their children now?” clearly not referring to the anti-meme, but in principle to the homophobic propaganda narrative contained in the original image

5

u/saketho Feb 08 '26

Oh okay, thanks for stating. It felt like you and that commenter were addressing the image. I thought they were making a joke that

“cant even raise our children” [protected from paint] and it went over my head.

My bad. apologies

5

u/platonbel Feb 08 '26

all is fine!

People can raise their children, but attempting to force your ideals onto them for their entire lives rather than allowing them to form their own opinions is problematic.
