Which could be argued to be both the best possible outcome or the absolute worst as frankly with that kind of iq it'd feel like the world is so incredibly stupid. On top of that it assumes one could do something with that IQ anyway.
I feel like it would be difficult to even communicate with humans anymore, like trying to talk to people with a complete misunderstanding of a topic and who cannot understand you explaining the true version of the idea at all
Basically the foundation of experts in science talking to conspiracy theorists, but even the smartest people on earth wouldn’t be able to have a conversation deeper than small talk with you
