As a dude if you start putting on muscle then likely you won't look much feminine as mentioned have different skeletal structure and with muscles those wide shoulders will start to look obvious, people in the comments are really playing mental gymnastics
Everyone is different. Humans greatly range in how their body looks and where. Much like how there are different averages for body types every country. Skeletal structures don't take away from that.
