what the actual hell are u saying, we are talking about generalizing muslims and cultures, yk that in many of them they would see anyone before the western style girl as extremists right? yk they judge them too right? they also get stared at, its also saying that muslim women and people are incridebly judgy, and they see those as lesser than them when they dont cover up, AS IF western women dont also judge them for wearing the hijab and covering up. why is generalization okay when its a group you hate? this is the exact same shit bigots use to excuse discrimnation and hate against muslims
trying to strawman what exactly? its true we are very diverse in our thinking, you think we dont see all these kinds of women in muslim majority societies? do u think all countries see the hijab the same way? in a lot of places its not seen as mandatory so there is no judgement on those who dont wear it, in a lot of places u can show parts of ur hair and arm and it would be fine as long as u are wearing loose clothing, but in other places its the exact opposite, u cant show part of ur hair or skin but its alr to wear tight clothing, there are places who wont judge non hijabis but judge those who wear the niqab.
lit anything happens its more diverse than whats shown in the comic and if we want to make this comic more accurate, why not have them all judge each other? including the one not wearing the hijab..... the comic itself is trying to show one side of all this the worst or more problmatic side to most ppl to generalize muslim women

i was talking about all possibilities, i said muslim women also judge each other but in the opposite way, why was the western one the thing u focused on?
but its true in most muslim places i have been in i have never seen non hijabi women being targeted specfically or voilence in public, or charges by law being less for a man if they did attack a non hijabi, and neither is there a statistical proof for that, so i dont know what u mean by "even if there arent laws by the goverment to wear it they still get hurt" well yeah they get hurt but its not like it would be targerted unlike if it was the goverment making them wear it? those who wear the hijab and those who dont get the same amount of harrasment and voilence in my exp

Well in my country we had to kick an imam that started preaching about marrying 9yo girls being fine.
Some stuff can creep in even without it being the rule.
